Whole Wheat Gnocchi
I'm craving something that's comforting as well as somewhat healthy, so I came up with the idea of making some whole wheat gnocchi. It's the first time I made gnocchi. It actually came out pretty decent! Although using whole wheat instead of all purpose flour made the texture a bit rougher. I'd say the gnocchi itself doesn't taste as good as regular gnocchi, but hey it's the things we do for health I guess. With the various sauce, they did make for a pretty versatile and satisfying lunch, and they are great for meal prep.
